The QR code on the kiosk opens the support page and automatically links your request to the correct kiosk.

  1. Scan QR on the kiosk screen/sticker
  2. Select issue type (No dispense / Payment deducted / BrewPass etc.)
  3. Upload UPI payment screenshot (if applicable)
Step 2: We verify & respond

Our team verifies kiosk logs and payment proof. Eligible failed transactions are refunded after verification.

  2. Verification-based resolution to avoid misuse

What should I do if payment is deducted but no beverage is dispensed?

Scan the kiosk QR → raise a ticket → upload the UPI screenshot. We verify the transaction and kiosk logs before processing a refund (if eligible).

How fast will my request be answered?

We respond within 12 working hours. Resolution time depends on verification and issue type.

Why do you verify transactions before refund?

To ensure fair usage and prevent duplicate/incorrect claims. We maintain secure tracking for accountability.

Can I raise a request without scanning the kiosk QR?

You can, but scanning the kiosk QR is recommended because it auto-links your ticket to the correct kiosk for faster resolution.
